• Can I get a sample for free?

  We don’t offer free samples but will refund once you place bulk order

  
  

• What's your MOQ?

  MOQ will be 1,000PCS for all models if using customized Logo and packaging.

  
  

• What's the production lead time?

  Usually 25-30 days if less than 2,000PCS. It will depend on the order quantity and also during high season may have some impact.

  
  

• What's your payment terms?

  30% deposit once order confirmed and 70% against B/L or L/C at sight

  
  

• What's your delivery terms?

  We accept FOB or EXW.

  
  

• What certificates do you have for your products?

  So far we have CE, ROSH for some models. In very near future we will have common certificates to cover all items.
